Construction
The stick is made up of 200-gram and 2 x 50-gram weights, with a carbon fibre stiff shaft, instead of 3 clubs, it is all in one.
Training Programme
The Sing Speed Golf Training Programme consists of weekly drills to help you build up your speed. For best results, you will need to do each of the drills on a weekly cycle three times a week, when doing the exercises be mindful of your surroundings and ensure no one is standing in the direction of the path you are swinging.
Week 1
Swing the 200 grams 6 times right-handed and 6 times left-handed. Add 50 grams to a total of 250 grams, and swing 6 times right-handed and 6 times left-handed. Add the final 50 grams totalling 300 grams, and swing 6 times right-handed and 6 times left-handed.
Weeks 2 to 6
As for week 1, add one pace to the side as you swing, swinging 6 times right-handed and 6 times left-handed, this builds up your core muscle swing speed, do this 3 times a week.
